1. Over-all rating of the forum. This forum is rated PG-13. That means that members will keep the content of their posts in line with what would acceptable in a PG-13 rated movie released in the US.
2. Illegal material. Discussion of topics that are likely to put this forum and its owners at legal risk is prohibited. This includes discussion of illegal acts, drugs, and other related topics.
3. Harassment. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated on this site. Anyone found to be harassing other site members may have their account suspended either temporally or permanently at the moderation staff's sole discretion.
4. Impersonation and duplicate accounts. Users of this forum are allowed one account each. Creation of a second account for purpose of impersonation, creating traffic on a thread, subverting a forum suspension, bypassing a broken account, or for any other reason is strictly forbidden.
5. Broken accounts and name changes. If your account is not working, or you wish to change you forum account name, please PM or email an administrator and we will assist you with your request. DO NOT create a new account for these or any other reasons.
6. Forum noise. Please exercise restraint and common sense when posting to the forum. Re-use existing threads where appropriate, reply to multiple posts with one post, don't post the same topic to multiple sections, and avoid using the forum as your own personal blog or chat service.
7. Thread bumping. Thread bumping on this site is not permitted. Thread bumping is posting to the same thread twice in under 72 hours when nobody else has responded in the intervening time. Bumped threads may be locked and the violator may be warned or suspended. To avoid bumping threads when adding new info, use the modify button to change the content of your original post.
8. Sensible forum signatures. Forum signatures must be kept sensible both to ensure smooth operation of the site and to keep forum threads legible. To this end we ask that the total height of any image in your signature not exceed 100 pixels and the width not exceed 600. Images may not be animated in any way. Content of signatures must follow PG-13 rating of site. Signatures in violation of these standards my be removed or altered without notice.
9. Images and copyright. Posting of copyrighted work on this site without permission of the copyright owner is strictly prohibited. In addition, character art appearing in your forum profile and signature must be of your character and not of someone else's who appearance is close to yours.
10. Archival system. This site uses an archival system that periodically moves threads that have been inactive for 60 days to an archival area and threads that are inactive for more than 120 days are purged completely. If a post is more then 60 days old and is archived please do not post in it to make it active again. If you with to post about the same topic start a new thread.
11. TOS (Terms Of Service). When you signed up to use this site you agreed to follow the TOS. Please make sure you have read it and that you follow it's guidelines in addition to the rules laid out here.
12. Chat system. All rules regarding content and behavior on the forums apply to our chat room.
13. Shout box. All rules regarding content and behavior on the forms apply to the shout box. In addition, posting of links in the shout box is discouraged.
14. Image gallery. This site makes use of a gallery system that is accessible to all members of the site. As such adult artwork MUST be placed in a separate album and be marked as such. Any artwork deemed to not be of a PG-13 or less nature that is not placed in a folder marked adult will immediately be deleted and the posting user warned. Repeated offenses will result in removal of access to this website. Copyrighted artwork may only be posted with the permission of the artist. If you post art that is not of your creation the artist's name MUST be included in the description.
15. Reporting inappropriate behavior. If you see a user behaving in a fashion that violates either the forum rules or terms of service, please make use of the "report to moderator" link found at the bottom of every forum post. Do not PM any of the site moderators or administrators for this type of issue.

20. Everything else. While the administrative staff of this site had tried very diligently to cover all problems that may occur it is impossible to predict every eventuality.
