What about some Special K bars? They're just peanut butter, unsalted peanuts, special k cereal, and a ton of corn syrup as far as I know. Warm it up, let it harden, and life is good.

 apple fritters

            4-5 apples cut in to wedges (peel on or off don't matter)
           
            1 cup flour
            2 tb. Sugar
            1 tsp. Baking powder
             dash of salt (if desired)
             1 egg
              2/3 cup milk
             1 tsp. Cooking oil

              put some oil in a sauce pan about ½ full or use deep fryer
              dip apples in batter then cook in oil till browned
              then coat in powdered sugar or cinnimin sugar
