A Saturday full of art, music, and delicious souvlaki (and other food too), what could be better?

Who: You!

What: Festival of the Arts http://www.festivalgr.org/

Where: Grand Rapids, MI (meet at the Main Library- 111 Library Street NE Grand Rapids, MI 49503)

When: 9:30 am, so as to insure enough free parking for people.

Why: For fun!

Fursuits?: Sure, if the weather's not too hot; don't want anyone overheating.

Cost: All activities and entertainment at the festival are FREE, artwork can be purchased in the Art tents, and food can be purchased at various booths. Prices usually don't go above $5 for individual food items, while art prices can vary.

Thats sounds like a lot of fun. Count me in!

The only downside [much like my D&D] is that I work Friday nights prior so I wont be able to make it at 10am. I can try be there around noon or so depending on hoe early I get out of work and how much sleep I can squeeze in.

And if there is anybody that wants to be in a fursuit, I can bring some water if needed in case the weather is hot and sunny like it has been lately.

Chrono, that's fine if you can't make it right away, just be sure to get a hold of someone so you can find us (as if a bunch of fursuiters would be hard to find).

Smoketail, like I mentioned in the original post, we're meeting at the library downtown so that we can take advantage of their free all-day parking.

I had a great time at the meet. It was awesome hanging out with friends I hadn't seen in a few months. Hopefully we can all get together again another time this summer.
